Normani recently released her latest single, "Candy Paint," from her upcoming debut solo album, Dopamine.
"Candy paint is out everywhere," Normani wrote on X. "Wanted to start my birthday off right and know that you guys have been asking. you already know the visuals are brewing but until then here y'all goooo. love you to the moon."
Starrah and Tommy Brown produced "Candy Paint."
"I'm a baddie and I don't know how to act / Booty candy painted with the diamond in the back," Normani sings.
Normani, who previously teased "Candy Paint" in a Bose ad, told Billboard in an interview last year that song was inspired by her home state, Texas.
"I really wanted to create a record that allowed me to show my personality," she said. "I think that people think I'm so serious, which is the complete opposite [of me]. Anybody that knows me knows that I'm really funny. I'm a goofball! I love to twerk. I'm regular. I really wanted to create a record that encompassed that and allowed my personality to shine."
Normani previously released "1:59," featuring Gunna, from Dopamine, which is due out on June 14 via RCA Records.
