Property developer Crest Nicholson Holdings plc (CRST.L) on Thursday confirmed that Chief Executive Peter Truscott will step down from the Board on June 14.

The company, on January 23, had announced the planned retirement of Truscott, who joined Crest Nicholson in 2019 as Chief Executive.

The company then had announced that Martyn Clark, the Chief Commercial Officer at Persimmon Plc, would succeed Truscott as Chief Executive, later in the year.

Truscott has worked in the sector for over 30 years. During his time, he repositioned the Group's strategy, led the business through the pandemic and restructured operations to adapt to changing market conditions, the firm noted.
