Textile services provider Johnson Service Group PLC (JSG.L) Wednesday said it expects higher revenues in its first half, and fiscal 2024 adjusted operating profit to be in line with current market expectations.
In its pre-close update for the period, the company said its group revenue in the six months to June 30 is expected to be 244.1 million pounds, higher than last year's 215.0 million pounds. On an organic basis, Group revenue is expected to have increased by 5.7% on 2023 levels.
Revenue in Workwear business would be 71.2 million pounds, nearly same as last year, while HORECA revenues would grew to 172.9 million pounds from prior year's 143.9 million pounds.
Organic growth in HORECA is expected to be 8.5% reflecting a continuing improvement in volumes across the estate, particularly in Hotel Linen.
The results for the six months will be announced on September 3.
