Craneware Annual Result Improves; Lifts Dividend

Craneware Plc (CRW.L), a software solutions provider for American healthcare industry, on Tuesday posted an increase in earnings and revenue for the full year, helped by a positive market response to Trisus Optimization Suites and success of the Trisus Platform Partner program.

For the 12-month period to June 30, the company posted a pre-tax income of $15.747 million, higher than $13.085 million, registered last year.

Net profit stood at $11.703 million or 0.332 cents per share, better than last year's $9.232 million or 0.261 cents per share.

Adjusted profit was reported at $33.131 million or 93.9 cents per share, higher than $30.567 million or 86.3 cents per share a year ago.

Operating profit rose to $19.734 million from $19.228 million a year ago.

Revenue was $189.268 million, up from last year's $174.018 million.

The Board will pay a final dividend of 16 pence per share bringing the total dividend for the year to 29 pence per share, higher than 28.5 pence per share paid last year. The final dividend will be paid on December 18 to shareholders on the register as of November 29.

Looking ahead, the company, said: "Momentum has continued post-year end, with good levels of trading and customer confidence, providing the Board with confidence in continued growth momentum for FY25, delivering on current expectations and the sustainable return to double digit growth rates."
