Bakkavor Group Plc (BAKK.L), a food maker focused on fresh prepared food items, said on Thursday that its Chief Financial Officer, Ben Waldron, will step down to relocate to Australia to join his partner.
Waldron will resign from the Board on October 31, but will remain with the Group until the end of April 2025.
Lee Miley, currently UK Finance Director, will assume the role of CFO effective November 1.
Miley, who joined Bakkavor in 1998, has held many roles within the finance.
