ITM Power PLC (ITM.L), a renewable energy company, Thursday said it appointed Amy Grey as its chief financial officer. She is expected to join the Board before early March 2025. Grey will succeed Andy Allen, who will assume a different role within the company.
Before joining ITM, Grey has been with Sheffield Forgemasters serving as CFO and previously as finance director.
