Aker Horizons ASA (AKKVF.PK) announced Tuesday that it has appointed Lars Sorvaag Sperre as Chief Executive Officer, with effect from October 1.
Sperre will succeed Kristian Rokke, who is expected to be appointed as Chairman of the Board at an extraordinary general meeting.
Sperre's experience includes a 17-year career at Norske Skog, including as SVP Corporate Strategy and CEO.
