Boohoo Group Plc. (BOO.L), a British fashion retailer, announced on Friday that it has appointed Dan Finley as the chief executive officer, with immediate effect to succeed John Lyttle.
Earlier, Finley was serving as CEO of Debenhams, Boohoo's digital department store, since he joined the Group in 2022.
Before joining Debenhams, he had spent a decade at JD Sports as Group Multi-Channel Director.
The new appointment follows previous CEO John Lyttle's decision to step down from his role.
The company further noted that its Board is continually considering long-term succession planning for key executive roles.
