Helios Towers plc (HTWSF), a UK-based telecommunications tower company, Thursday reported revenue of $584.7 million for the 9-month period ended September 30, 10 percent up from $533.7 million in the same period last year, mainly driven by growth in tenancies to 29,021 from 26,624.
Adjusted EBITDA, or adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization increased 16 percent to 311.9 million from 269.2 million a year ago.
Operating profit grew 69 percent year-on-year to $190.6 million.
For the full year, the company now expects adjusted EBITDA of about $420 million compared with the previous outlook of$410 million - $420 million.
