CyberArk Software Ltd. (CYBR), a security software company, announced on Wednesday that Chief Financial Officer Josh Siegel will step down on January 1 to transition into an advisory role.
Subsequently, the company appointed Deputy CFO Erica Smith as chief financial officer.
Smith joined CyberArk in 2015 and had served as Senior Vice President of Finance and Investor Relations, prior to becoming the Deputy CFO.

The Federal Reserve policy session was in focus as it was the first to be led by the new chief Kevin Warsh. In Europe, central banks of the U.K. and Switzerland announced their rate decisions. In Asia, the Bank of Japan drew attention for its policy moves, while data out of China threw some light on the state of the economy.
