Adesso SE (ADN1.F), a German IT service manager, said on Thursday that its Chief Financial Officer, Jorg Schroeder, will leave the company with effect from April 30, 2025, to pursue new opportunities.
Subsequently, the company has appointed Michael Knopp as new CFO, who will join the Board with effect from January 15, 2025.
Knopp is currently CFO of the IT service provider Akquinet Holding GmbH, from which he will move to Adesso.
He had also worked for many years as CFO of SUSS MicroTec SE and subsequently at Materna Information & Communications SE.
