TT Electronics Plc (TTG.L), a maker of electronic solutions for critical applications, said on Thursday that its Chief Financial Officer, Mark Hoad intends to retire.
He will remain in his existing role until September 30, 2025 or until a suitable replacement is found.
The company noted that its Board has initiated a search for Mark's successor.
