Affimed N.V. (AFMD), a clinical-stage immuno-oncology company, is gearing up for a clinical trial event next month.
The company is scheduled to report objective response rate (ORR) and safety data from the non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) EGFR wild-type (EGFRwt) cohort of its AFM24-102 Phase 1/2a trial on December 17, 2024.
AFM24-102 is a phase 1/2a multicenter, dose escalation, and expansion study evaluating the company's investigational drug AFM24 in combination with Roche's Tecentriq (atezolizumab) in patients with selected EGFR-expressing advanced solid malignancies whose disease has progressed after treatment with previous anticancer therapies.
