Volution Group plc (FAN.L), a manufacturer of ventilation equipment, Wednesday said its revenue for the four months ended November 30 was about 123 million pounds, 1.3 percent higher than the prior year.
At constant currency, organic growth in revenue was 2.5 percent.
"With positive organic growth momentum and margin expansion in the first four months of the year, together with the recently announced completion of the Fantech acquisition, we expect to deliver another year of good growth in both revenue and operating profit," the company said in a statement.
