NewRiver REIT plc (NRR.L) reported that its profit for the six months ended 30 September 2024 was 8.2 million pounds or 2.6 pence per share compared to a loss of 2.6 million pounds or 0.8 pence per share in the prior year.
Underlying Funds From Operations were 11.5 million pounds compared to 12.3 million pounds in the previous year.
Revenues for the period declined to 31.8 million pounds from 33.2 million pounds in the prior year.
The Board has declared a dividend in respect of the six months ended 30 September 2024 of 3.0 pence per share. The dividend will be paid on 28 January 2025.
