Lim who has a diverse professional background, is the principal and co-founder of De Novo Law Corp., a Vancouver-based law firm. He was also the principal of Robert Bradley Lim Law Corp.
Before beginning his legal career, Lim served as a marketing coordinator for NEXT Environmental, an environmental consulting firm.
ISPC has traded in a range of $3.25 to $12.20 in the last 1 year. The stock closed Thursday's trading at $3.45, down 0.86%. In after-hours, ISPC was up 26.96% at $4.38.
