MoneyHero Ltd. (MNY), Friday announced Chief Financial Officer Hao Qian's decision to resign from the position, effective December 15, to move back to China.

Following this, the company has appointed Group Finance Director Danny Leung as interim CFO.

The company has also launched a formal search process for its next permanent CFO.

Currently, MoneyHero's stock is $1.06, down 4.93 percent on the Nasdaq.
