Alliance Entertainment Holding Corp. (AENT), Wednesday announced the acquisition of Handmade by Robots, a collectible vinyl figures, from Bensussen Deutsch & Associates LLC.
With the acquisition, Alliance aims to boost its licensed collectibles division and leverage its global network.
During the pre-market hours, Alliance's stock is climbing 7.52 percent, to $6.72 on the Nasdaq.
