Kistos Holdings Plc (KSTOF,KIST.L), an energy company, Tuesday announced that James Thomson will become Chief Financial Officer and join the Board of Directors on January 1.
Thomson replaces Richard Slape, who has been in the role since October 2021 and will be leaving his position on the Board.
Thomson joined Kistos as Deputy CFO in October 2024. He was also appointed then as CFO with effect from January 1, subject to the satisfactory completion of due diligence by the Company's Nominated Adviser.
KSTOF last traded on December 18 at $1.39, down 8.59%.KIST.L is currently trading, 1.92% high at 106 pence.
