CareTrust REIT, Inc. (CTRE), a self-administered, publicly traded real estate investment trust, Thursday announced that it has appointed Lauren Beale as chief accounting officer or CAO, with effect from January 1. Beale is the first CAO of the company.
Tri Tran has been appointed as Senior Vice President of Investments. Stephanie Singer was promoted to Vice President of Financial Reporting and Michael Sotelo to Controller.
Tuesday, CTRE had closed 2.04% higher at $27.05 on the New York Stock Exchange. In pre-market trading, CTRE is 1.63% down at $26.61.

The Federal Reserve policy session was in focus as it was the first to be led by the new chief Kevin Warsh. In Europe, central banks of the U.K. and Switzerland announced their rate decisions. In Asia, the Bank of Japan drew attention for its policy moves, while data out of China threw some light on the state of the economy.
