CPI Aerostructures, Inc. (CVU), an aerospace manufacturer, Monday, announced that it has appointed Carey Bond as Chairman of its Board of Directors, effective immediately, following the resignation of Terry Stinson.
Bond, who joined the Board in 2016, has previously served as Vice-Chairman.
Meanwhile, Stinson, after six years as Chairman, will remain on the Board as Vice-Chairman, providing strategic guidance.
Currently, CVU is trading at $4.65, up 7.66 percent or $0.33 on the New York Stock Exchange.
