Cairn Homes plc. (CRN.L) Tuesday announced around 29 percent increase in full year revenue to 860 million euros from 666.8 million euros last year. For the full year ended December 31, 2024, the operating profit was up around 32 percent at 150 million euros, compared to 113.4 million euros a year ago.
The Irish homebuilder recorded a 29 percent increase in closed units at 2243 units in 2024, compared to 1741 units last year.
Looking ahead to the full year 2025, the company expects revenue growth exceeding 10 percent. Ten new private launches are planned in the first half of 2025.
