LogicMark, Inc. (LGMK), a provider of personal emergency response systems or PERS, announced on Tuesday, the expansion of its medical alert devices through Medicaid Waiver Programs in Colorado, Oregon, Idaho, Utah, Nevada, and South Dakota.
The new program allows eligible seniors to receive full or partial reimbursement for the monthly monitoring fees when leasing LogicMark's Freedom Alert Mini and Freedom Alert Max devices.
This initiative reduces financial barriers for seniors, allowing them to access critical safety devices that help them live independently while providing peace of mind to caregivers.
The Medicaid Waiver program, which offers long-term care options for individuals who prefer at-home support, will enable seniors to receive the necessary safety support without significant out-of-pocket costs.
LogicMark aims to broaden this access across the U.S. in 2025, improving the quality of life for seniors and easing the burden on caregivers.
Chia-Lin Simmons, President and CEO of LogicMark, expressed, "This expansion underscores our commitment to empowering seniors to live independently with the help of our innovative safety technology."
Currently, LGMK is trading at $1.38 down by 4.15%.
