AFC Energy Plc (AFC.L), a British renewable energy company, announced that Karl Bostock's appointment as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director is effective Monday.
The Company also announced that John Wilson, Chief Executive Officer, and Bostock will host an introductory meeting on February 6.
On December 16, the provider of hydrogen power generation technologies had appointed Bostock as CFO, succeeding Peter Dixon-Clarke, who resigned from his roles with immediate effect to pursue other interests. He continued as an employee of the Company until December 31 to ensure a smooth transition for the business. The company then noted that Bostock brings over 15 years of experience as a CFO in manufacturing, having previously held positions at Bulgin Limited and Coveris UK.
At Bulgin, Bostock worked with John Wilson, who joined as AFC Energy's CEO on January 6.
