Townsquare Media, Inc. (TSQ), Tuesday announced the preliminary fourth quarter report, emphasizing that the result is in line with its financial outlook.
The company estimates that quarterly revenue would be between $117 million and $119 million, and adjusted EBITDA would be around $31 million for the same period.
Moreover, the company projects revenue of $450 to $452 million for the fiscal year 2024, which is within the range of previously estimated revenue of $448 to $452 million. Also, the company anticipates adjusted EBITDA of nearly $100 million for the full year 2024, within its guidance range of $100 million to $101 million.
