Harworth Group plc, a land and property regeneration company, expects European Real Estate Association (EPRA) Net Disposal Value (NDV) as on December 31, 2024 to be broadly in line with current market expectations, the company said in a statement on Tuesday.
According to Bloomberg consensus, December-end EPRA NDV is 712 million pounds or 220p per share.
Harworth is scheduled to announce its full-year results on March 18.
"2024 has been a record year for Harworth operationally and, as we enter 2025, we remain confident in our ability to reach our £1 billion EPRA NDV target by the end of 2027," said Lynda Shillaw, Chief Executive of Harworth.
