Hargreaves Services Plc (HSP.L), a diversified services provider to the industrial and property sectors, on Wednesday announced the appointment of Simon Hicks as Chief Operating Officer and Executive Director, starting on June 1.
He will join the Board of Hargreaves Services following the previously announced retirement of David Anderson (Group Property Director).
Hicks most recently served as CEO of Evero Energy Limited, a privately-owned waste-to-energy producer with five operational plants across the UK. With experience across the infrastructure and energy markets, he previously had held senior positions within Cape plc, Altrad Services, and Bilfinger.
