Amadeus Fire announced that its preliminary operating EBITA for 2024 was 55.5 million euros, a decrease from the previous year's 70.4 million euros. It was below the lower end of the range of the Group's own forecast for operating EBITA for the 2024 financial year of 57 million euros by 1.5 million euros.
The growing negative sentiment in the German economy over the past few months, especially towards the end of the fourth quarter of 2024, coupled with the resulting hesitation to place orders in the Personnel Services segment, significantly impacted the company's financial results for 2024, Amadeus Fire said in a statement.
Annual revenue was 436.9 million euros, a decrease of 1.2 percent on the previous year's figure of 442.4 million euros.
