Producer prices in South Korea were up 0.6 percent on month in January, the Bank of Korea said on Thursday - accelerating from 0.4 percent in December.
Individually, prices for agricultural, forestry & marine products were up 4.0 percent on month, while manufacturing products rose 0.6 percent, utilities were flat and services were up 0.4 percent.
On a yearly basis, producer prices were steady at 1.7 percent.
Individually, prices for agricultural, forestry & marine products were down 2.3 percent on year, while manufacturing products rose 1.6 percent, utilities climbed 4.2 percent and services were up 1.7 percent.
