Adesso SE (ADN1.F) Friday announced an increase in full year preliminary net profit on 14 percent increase in preliminary sales.
Consolidated net profit for the full year surged to 10.2 million euros from 3.4 million euros a year ago. On a per share basis, earnings were 1.25 cents , up from 0.49 cents in the previousyear.
Fourth quarter sales were 336 million euros, compared to 302.2 million euros a year ago.
Preliminary sales for the full year increased to 1.3 billion euros from 1.14 billion euros last year. The company said the operating results for 2024 as a whole increased by more than 23 percent year-on-year, outpacing sales growth.
Looking ahead to the full year 2025, the company expects sales between 1.35 and 1.45 billion euros. EBITDA is expected to be 105 to 125 million euros.
Full year EBITDA is expected to increase further to between 105 million and EUR 125 million euros.
The Executive Board has proposed an increased dividend of 0.75 euros for the full year, compared to 0.70 euros per share for the 2024 financial year.
