Primary Health Properties Plc (PHP.L) reported Friday that its fiscal 2024 IFRS profit after tax climbed 51.6 percent to 41.4 million pounds from last year's 27.3 million pounds.
IFRS earnings per share were 3.1 pence, compared to 2.0 pence a year ago.
Adjusted earnings were 92.9 million pounds, compared to 90.7 million pounds last year. Adjusted earnings per share were 7.0 pence, compared to 6.8 pence in the prior year.
Net rental income grew 2.9 percent to 153.6 million pounds from prior year's 149.3 million pounds.
On the London Stock Exchange, Primary Health shares were trading at 90.85 pence, down 1.03%.
