Alkami Technology, Inc. (ALKT), Monday announced its intention to offer $300 million in convertible senior notes due 2030.
The company provides an additional option to purchasers to acquire upto $45 million more in notes within a period of 13 days from issuance.
Alkami intends to primarily use the proceeds for financing the capped call transactions, and completing the acquisition of MANTL.
The notes will accrue interest payable semi-annually in arrears and will mature on March 15, 2030, unless earlier repurchased, redeemed or converted, the company added.
In the pre-market hours, Alkami's stock is trading at $25.98, down 4.84 percent on the Nasdaq.
