Costain Group reported fiscal 2024 profit before tax of 36.5 million pounds, up 18.1% from last year. Earnings per share was 11.1 pence compared to 7.8 pence. Adjusted profit before tax was 48.5 million pounds, up 9.7%. Adjusted EPS was up by 19.7% to 14.6 pence. Revenue was 1.25 billion pounds, down 6.1%.
The Board has proposed a final dividend of 2.0 pence per share for the six months ended 31 December 2024, an increase of 150% for the final fiscal 2024 dividend, and an increase of 100% for the year.
