Capstone Copper Corp. (CS.TO), a copper miner, said on Thursday that it is launching an offering of $500 million aggregate principal amount of senior notes due 2033.
The company intends to use the gross proceeds from this transaction to repay project financing debt at its Mantoverde S.A. subsidiary, to repay debt, and for general corporate purposes.
