Team Internet Group PLC (TIG.L) Monday reported loss before tax of $9.3 million for the full year compared with profit before tax of $30.1 million in the previous year.
Operating profit declined to $8.2 million from $45.7 million last year.
The company posted net loss of $17.7 million or 6.98 cents per share compared with profit of $25.1 million or 8.89 cents per share a year ago.
Excluding one-time items, adjusted EPS declined 5.5 percent to 21.22 cents from 22.46 cents.
Adjusted EBITDA, or adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization was $91.9 million, down 4.6 percent from $96.4 million last year.
Revenue for the year decreased to $802.8 million from $836.9 million in the previous year.
The company does not propose a final dividend as it rebalances short-term shareholder returns with deleveraging.
