Husqvarna AB (HSQVY)- a Swedish manufacturer of outdoor power products Monday announced that it's Nomination Committee has proposed three new Board members—Claes Boustedt, Marlies Gebetsberger, and Magnus Jarlegren—for election at the 2025 Annual General Meeting - AGM on April 29 in Jönköping.
This follows the decisions of Tom Johnstone, Bertrand Neuschwander, and Lars Pettersson to decline re-election.
Boustedt, currently EVP of L E Lundbergföretagen AB, holds board positions at Sandvik AB, Hufvudstaden AB, and Alleima AB. Gebetsberger, SVP at Royal Philips, brings extensive experience from Philips and Unilever. Jarlegren, President of Autoliv Europe, has held leadership roles at Autoliv, Sandvik Coromant, and McKinsey & Company.
The committee also plans to re-elect all other existing Board members, keeping the total at nine. Torbjörn Lööf is proposed as Chair. The full proposal will be published with the formal AGM notice around March 25, 2025.
Monday HSQVY closed at $9.91 or 0.80% lower on the OTC Markets OTCPK.
