Topps Tiles Plc (TPT.L) Wednesday reported sales of 127.7 million pounds for the first half, excluding CTD Tiles which the company had acquired last year. Sales grew 4 percent year-on-year.
Excluding one-time items, underlying sales increased 4.4 percent.
Underlying like-for-like sales within the Topps Tiles brand were 3 percent higher in the first half.
Total trade sales in the Topps Tiles brand were 12 percent higher year on year in the first half, with the number of active traders at the end of the period up 11 percent year on year to 146,000.
Sales made through Topps Tiles' digital channels were up 15 percent in the first half, and online trade traffic increased about four times.
Half year results are scheduled to be reported on May 20.
