The company's health plan members as of Dec.31, 2024, totaled 189,100 up 58.6% year-over-year. The number is expected to swell to a range of 227,000 to 233,000 by the end of this year. This membership growth not only reflects rising demand for Alignment's differentiated, curated products tailored to meet the unique needs of seniors but also fuels a virtuous cycle, i.e., as membership grows, the company can continually improve its health plan value and deliver stronger clinical outcomes, which in turn drives further growth.
