Saga plc (SAGA.L) posted a fiscal year loss before tax from continuing operations of 160.2 million pounds compared to a loss of 123.8 million pounds, prior year. Loss per share from continuing operations was 127.2 pence compared to a loss of 77.2 pence. Underlying profit before tax from continuing operations was 37.2 million pounds, up 8%. Underlying profit per share from continuing operations was 18.1 pence compared to 26.9 pence. Total underlying profit before tax was 47.8 million pounds, 25% higher than last year.
For the year ended 31 January 2025, revenue from continuing operations was 588.3 million pounds compared to 564.6 million pounds, last year. Underlying revenue was 768.2 million pounds, up 5%.
For 2025/26, the Group expects underlying profit before tax below level of 2024/25, before returning to growth thereafter.
