Littelfuse, Inc. (LFUS), a diversified industrial technology manufacturing company, Wednesday said that its Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Meenal Sethna has decided to resign.
"This leadership change is not the result of any matters relating to the Company's financials, operations, policies or practices," the company said in a statement.
"With Littelfuse well positioned to deliver strong growth and profitability expansion going forward, I believe the time is right for me to transition to the next phase of my career," Sethna said.
Littelfuse has initiated a search for its new CFO.
