The company made its debut on the Nasdaq Global Market on October 11, 2024, under the ticker symbol "UPB", priced at $17 per share. The 180-day lockup period expired yesterday. Its lead drug candidate is Verekitug, which is under a phase II trial in patients with chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps, with top-line data expected in the second half of 2025.
