Wereldhave N.V. (WRDEF.PK), a Dutch real estate investment company, reported that its result for the first quarter of fiscal year 2025 dropped to 20.03 million euros from 57.42 million euros in the prior year. Quarterly earnings per basic share were 0.36 euros down from 0.94 euros in the previous year.
But quarterly direct result per share was 0.44 euros up from 0.41 euros last year.
Gross rental income for the quarter grew to 45.63 million euros from 41.90 million euros last year.
The company continues to expect its direct result per share to reach the higher end of the 1.70 euros - 1.80 euros range for the full year 2025.
