Sasol Limited (SSL) Thursday provided outlook for fiscal 2025.

It has revised down Mining's production outlook to 28 mt -30 mt as it has decided to reduce own production of poor quality coal and replace it with higher quality external purchases. Mining cost per ton is now expected to range between R650 and R670.

The company expects Fuels sales volumes to decrease to 1%-3% lower than the previous year, mainly due to the supply disruptions.

Chemicals Africa sales volumes are also projected to be down 2%-4%, driven by lower SO production and the uncertainty due to ongoing global tariff disputes.

The company noted that its financial metrics for the year remain broadly in line with guidance.

Capital expenditure is expected to be at the lower end of its guided range of R28 billion - R30 billion.
