Redcentric plc (RCN.L), a UK-based IT managed services provider, reported Wednesday higher adjusted EBITDA and revenues in fiscal 2025. Further, the firm announced the appointment of Michelle Senecal de Fonseca as its new Chief Executive Officer with immediate effect.
Senecal de Fonseca succeeds Peter Brotherton, who has agreed to remain available to the business in a strategic advisory capacity.
The new CEO has been a Non-Executive Director of the Company since February 2024. She was previously Managing Director for Vodafone's Cloud and Hosting Services business, and served as area Vice President for Sales and Services for Northern Europe at Citrix Systems. She was also its Global Vice President for Strategic Alliances.
In its pre-close trading update for the fiscal year 2025 ended March 31, the company reported that its adjusted EBITDA grew 30.7 percent to 37.0 million pounds from last year's 28.3 million pounds.
Revenue increased 4.2 percent to 170.0 million pounds from 163.1 million pounds last year.
Recurring Revenue was 155.1 million pounds, up 4 percent from 149.1 million pounds in the prior year.
Further, the Company maintained its dividend at 3.6 pence per share, amounting to £5.7 million, and expects to continue this policy into FY26.
Richard McGuire, Chairman of Redcentric, said, "FY25 was a transformative year for the Company, a year in which it delivered significant revenue and EBITDA growth predominantly driven by prior strategic acquisitions and operational excellence.... In FY26, our aim is to build on the strong foundations laid during the year, to accelerate organic growth, streamline operations, and enhance returns."
