Cairn Homes Plc. (CRN.L) on Thursday, in its trading update, revealed a strong growth in fiscal 2025, helped by a robust housing market and increased investment across its active sites in Ireland. Further, the company backed its revenue outlook for full year 2025.

The Irish construction company said that at present, its closed and forward sales pipeline has grown to approximately 3,250 new homes with a net sales value of 1.25 billion pounds, up from 2,593 homes valued at 989 million pounds in February.

Cairn Homes said that it remains focused on the first-time buyer segment, which is fueling increased investment in work-in-progress during the first half of the year, with a significant proportion of the annual revenues expected in the second half.

Looking ahead, the company reaffirmed its outlook for fiscal 2025, which includes revenue growth of over 10 percent, operating profit of around 160 million pounds, and a return on equity or ROE of 15.5 percent. With a strong order book and scalable platform, Cairn Homes continues to maintain a positive medium-term outlook.

The company said that it will provide a trading update of the first half in July, ahead of interim results to be announced on September 3.
