Conduit Holdings reported first quarter gross premiums written of $410.2 million, a 15.0% increase over the first three months of 2024, with growth achieved across all three segments. Reinsurance revenue was $213.0 million, a 17.6% increase over the first three months of 2024. The Group expects a 2025 RoE between high single and low double digits.
Conduit Holdings also announced that the Board of Directors has approved a share buyback programme of up to $50 million. The buyback will be funded from existing cash resources. The Group noted that further details of the buyback will be available following Conduit's Annual General Meeting.
