SharpLink Gaming, Inc. (SBET), Tuesday announced that it has priced a public offering of upto 1,530,612 common shares at $2.94 each, targeting roughly $4.5 million in gross proceeds.
SharpLink plans to deploy the net proceeds for working capital, general corporate needs, and other purposes.
The offering is expected to close around May 21.
SBET is currently trading at $2.80, down $0.13 or 4.43 percent on the Nasdaq.
