DENSO Corp. (DNZOY.PK) is in final negotiations to acquire a Temasek-backed seed supplier for approximately $500 million, as the Japanese automotive components manufacturer expands deeper into the agriculture sector, Bloomberg reported, citing sources familiar with the matter.
Singapore-based investment firm Temasek, which holds nearly half of Axia Vegetable Seeds Group, is expected to generate a profit from the sale, the report added.
