Evolus Stock Down 4% As CFO Sandra Beaver Resigns

Shares of Evolus, Inc. (EOLS) slipped nearly 4% on Wednesday morning after the company announced the departure of its Chief Financial Officer Sandra Beaver.

EOLS is currently trading at $9.43, down $0.38 or 3.87%, on the Nasdaq. The stock opened its trading at $9.52 after closing Tuesday at $9.81. The stock has traded between $8.67 and $17.82 in the past 52-week period.

CFO Sandra Beaver resigned, effective June 13, 2025, to accept the same position at a private mental health and wellness technology company.

The company said that Beaver's resignation is not a result of any disagreement related to the company's operations, policies or practices, including any accounting principles and practices, or related to any financial statements or disclosures.
