CMC Deputy CEO David Fineberg Not To Stand For Re-election; Named Global Head Of Partnerships

CMC Markets Plc (CMCX.L), a provider of online trading and investing, on Thursday announced that Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Board Director David Fineberg will not stand for re-election at the 2025 Annual General Meeting.

Fineberg will transition to the newly created role of Global Head of Strategic Partnerships.

Further, the firm noted that Head of ANZ and Board Director Matthew Lewis will step down from the Board at the 2025 AGM to focus on expanding the company's presence in ANZ, especially in stockbroking and digital asset services.

Laurence Booth has been appointed as an Executive Director with effect from June 5. Booth will continue in his role as Global Head of Capital Markets.

As previously announced, Non-Executive Chairman James Richards will step down from the role.

Senior Independent Director Paul Wainscott will take over the position of Richards as Chairman.

CMC Markets is currently trading 9.31% lesser at 258 pence on the London Stock Exchange.
